What are your rates?
Each home or business is unique! We understand that you have specific needs, and it’s our goal to fulfill them.

We would like to come to you for a in-home estimate.

Our rates are based on many factors: Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly cleanings, or just an one-time cleaning? Square footage? How many bedrooms? How many bathrooms? How many adults live in the house? How many children? Dogs? Cats? Hardwood floors? Carpeted floors? How many sets of stairs? Lots of furniture or minimal amounts?

When you book a consultation with us, we perform a thorough walk through of your property – we’ll create a personalized approach to cleaning your space and answer all of your questions.
How many people come to clean?
Each cleaning includes a dedicated team of two cleaners that will make your home shine .You get the same cleaners each and every cleaning.
Move In and Move Out cleanings?
Our Move In/Out cleaning is designed to prepare an apartment or house for a new tenant.
Do I have to be there when the cleaners arrive?
Most of our clients are not home when we clean. It is certainly your choice. If you are home when the House Cleaners are there, we ask that you allow them to follow their normal cleaning routine by not cooking a meal or taking a bath.
How will you enter my house?
Most clients give us house keys and instructions to turn on and off their alarm system.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or personal checks.
Who’s responsible for the supplies?
We bring all of the necessary supplies, including a vacuum and paper towels. If you have a preferred product to use (e.g. for wood floors) just let us know.
Do you clean on the weekends?
We work 5 days a week Monday – Friday

We start our first jobs at 8 am and finish around 6pm.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment please let us know asap.
